Colonel collects first win of the season

FEDERALISBURG, Md – Colonel Richardson takes out the Mardela Warriors 7-2 in a 1A battle between perennial powers.

Both teams struggled to score in the first four innings before Mardela opened the door for the Colonels to take a lead in the game. The Warriors had three errors in the fourth inning as Colonel takes control going up 4-0. The Colonels never lose the lead, with last night’s 1A State Runner-Ups only giving up two runs in the final three innings.
