Wanted Camden man arrested in Dover

DOVER, Del. – A wanted Camden man was taken into custody Monday morning in the Dover area.

According to police, 26-year-old Ryan Cox was wanted by the Delaware Gaming Enforcement on weapons and drug charges. Officers observed Cox in the area of the Dover Inn during the late morning hours on Monday and were able to take him into custody. Police found Cox to be in possession of a loaded 9mm handgun and 0.4 grams of crystal methamphetamine.

Cox was charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and possession of a controlled substance. He was held at SCI on a $30,200 cash bail.
