OCPD names Officer of the Year

OCEAN CITY, Md. – Congratulations are in order for Corporal Kirkland, who was recently named Ocean City’s Police Officer of the Year.

Kirkland has been a member of the department since 2012 and has served in a variety of positions in the department since joining.
