Lake Forest defends home court against Cape Henlopen

FELTON, Del– The Lake Forest Spartans move to 11-7 after beating Cape Henlopen 55-51. The Spartans shut out the Vikings 16-0 in the first quarter and led by 12 at halftime, but the Vikings won the third quarter by ten to get back into the game.  Momentum swung back and forth all game but the final swing went back to the Spartans. Darius Miller led all scorers with 24 points.
