Everything Legendary, Serving with a Purpose

Maryland – Everything Legendary is a plant-based food service created by 5 HBCU Alumni.

They started the business as a way to provide more healthy food options to their family and community. This was after CEO Duane Cheers and President Danita Claytor had to witness family members suffer through various health conditions.

Duane who was a vegan all his life was well aware of the importance of a healthy diet and the health disparities the black community has faced for generations. As a result, the Everything Legendary Team was created with the goal of proving a healthy and tasty alternative.

They began on the ground level, serving at DC pop-up fairs and various street festivals before taking a leap of faith that really helped them take off.

The Team took their idea to Shark Tank where countless days of preparation and a solid game plan helped them secure a 3 hundred-thousand-dollar investment from Mark Cuban.

Through hard work and growing support, Everything Legendary is well on its way to its ultimate goal of serving on college campuses around the world.

They just recently settled a deal to begin serving at Bowie State University and finalizing a deal with Morgan State University.
