Cape beats Woodbridge to claim 3rd straight conference title

DOVER, Del.– Cape Henlopen claimed their 3rd conference title on Saturday afternoon with 31-30 win over Woodbridge.

Cape would start on a 8-0 run and would only hold the BlueRaiders to 2 points in the whole 1st quarter. Woodbridge would try to come alive in the 2nd quarter by putting up 11 points, but they would go into halftime down 17-13.

The BlueRaiders would try to keep it close towards the end by bringing it within 1 point but would not be able to get the ball back in time to try and tie it or go for the win.
