Two arrested in Seaford for involvement in illegal gambling

Seaford, DE- On February 9th the Delaware Department of Safety and Homeland Security Division of Gaming Enforcement along with the Seaford Police Department execute two search warrants within the city of Seaford in connection with illegal gambling operations.

An ongoing investigation from Delaware State Police detectives assigned to the Division of Gaming Enforcement identified two residences that were operating a lottery numbers game within the homes.

As a result, two arrest were made: Jose Lopez and Aneury Jimenez were arrested at two separate homes.

Both men have been processed, arraigned, and released. They are both facing charges of possession of gambling devices, provided a place for a gambling operation, and other similar charges.
