Trick-To-Stick-It with Good Morning Delmarva & Planet Fitness
47ABC- This month, Planet fitness trainer Jeremy Smoot preformed his tricks-to-stick-it routine for Good Morning Delmarva. The workout is meant to help you keep to your resolutions this year. He says that you should try doing exercises with a twist to keep your muscles guessing like standing bicycle crunch to jumping jacks and add some functional accessories instead of free weights.
He also says switching up your playlist can help keep you in high spirits while working out, but the most important is stretching post-workout.
