Salisbury FD members kick start literacy program

SALISBURY, Md. – Salisbury Fire Department Station 16 crew members were at Pemberton Elementary School Tuesday morning to kick start their Blazing a Trail for Literacy program.

The program challenges kids to read at night before bed and log their time spent reading. Those who teach the top 3 in time logged will win some prizes after the campaign wraps up.
