Multi-vehicle crash leaves 4 dead, 3 injured

Easton, MD- Maryland State Police are investigating a fatal-two vehicle crash which left four people dead and three others injured Wednesday Morning.

Just after 9 am troopers from the MSP Easton Barrack responded to the area of Maryland Route 404, east of Bullock Road, for a report of a multi-vehicle crash.

The preliminary investigation discovered that a Jeep driven by Lenetta Teagle of Bridgeville Delaware was travelling east along the road as another car was traveling the opposite direction.

For unknown reasons the Jeep drifted into the opposite lane and crashed head on into the other vehicle.

Three passengers in the Jeep: Uneeki Iyani Espree Teagle, 17, Nathan Henry Junior, 6 along with a 30 year old female were declared dead the the scene. The identity of the women is being withheld at this time pending notification of the family.

The driver of the other vehicle, Rosalia Granados, 40, of Seaford Delaware, was also declared dead at the scene.

Two occupants of the Jeep were flown to Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore for treatment, while another was flown to R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center.

The Maryland State Police Crash Team is leading the investigation at this time. Upon completion their findings will be turned over to the Caroline County State Attorney’s office which will determine if any charges will be filed in this case.
