Lydia York Sworn in as Auditor of Accounts

Pine Creek, DE- On Tuesday Delaware Auditor of Accounts elect was sworn into office.

The ceremony took place at 12:30pm on the campus of Delaware State University.

York established her transition team which will be co-chaired by state auditor Dennis Greenhouse and New Castle County Register of Wills Ciro Poppiti.

Auditor York also named Erik Raser-Schramm to be her chief of staff, who spent the last two years as Deputy Chief Administrative officer to New Castle county executive Matt Myers.

The committee members hope to ensure a smooth transition between York and the previous auditor Greenhouse.

York ran for Delaware Auditor of Accounts to ensure that the office operates with accountability and transparency.
