Jimmie Allen to speak at DSU commencement

DELAWARE – Delaware State University announced that Milton’s own Jimmie Allen will be one of its commencement speakers this May.

The Grammy Award-nominated, multi-platinum country music star graduated from Cape Henlopen High School back in 2004.
