SEAFORD, Del. – Calling all kings and their princesses, the Seaford Chick-Fil-A is hosting a special father-daughter date night Saturday, January 21st.

For 20 years, Mt. Olivet has hosted a father-daughter dance at Seaford high school to provide an opportunity for Fathers and Father figures to spend a special night with their little girls, no matter their age. That’s once again, the Seaford Chick-Fil-A is giving fathers and daughters a special night before the dance.

From 2 to 7 p.m., there will be free carriage rides, a professional photographer, pictures and crafts for kids, and much more. It’s a free event to celebrate the special bond between a father and daughter while also giving the Seaford community some joy. “We love seeing a full dining room of families so why not open that dining room up, have fun family events, bring the whole community out, things that kids will remember forever,” says Rachel Dukes, with the Seaford Chick-Fil-A. She adds, “It’s special, it’s something you don’t see every day, you see our busy day-to-day hustle and bustle and we don’t take time to slow down and say you know what these are out kids they’re only little for so long, let’s enjoy this moment.”

Again the event kicks off tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Seaford Chick-Fil-A and runs until 7 p.m. It is free to the public, and you don’t have to be a father and daughter duo or even attend the Mt. Olivet dance. There will also be a chance to enter a raffle to win a free meal from Chick-Fil-A.

More info can be found on their Facebook page.

Chick-Fil-A will be hosting a mother-son superhero night in May, more details to come.
