Celebrating Hoopers Island resident’s 95th birthday

HOOPERS ISLAND, Md. – Happy 95th birthday to Ms. Nellie Flowers.

The Hoopers Island Volunteer Fire Company honored Ms. Flowers, as she is still a part of the fire company. State and U.S. Representatives Johnny Mautz and Andy Harris presented her with citations.
