Mizeur concedes to Harris in Md. Congress race

MARYLAND – Democrat Heather Mizeur has conceded to Republican Andy Harris in Maryland’s U.S. Congress race.

As of 11 p.m., Harris led the race with nearly 60% of the vote, with Mizeur holding roughly 37.5% of the vote.

Harris has been in office for more than ten years.
