After The Whistle: WiHi’s Makhi Johnson

SALISBURY, Md –  Meet Makhi Johnson, senior running back and linebacker for the WiHi Tribe.

Johnson just wrapped up his senior season where he performed pretty well. He averaged 6.7 tackles a game with one interception on the defensive side and put up 5.89 yards per carry and ran for 6 tds on the offensive side during the season. As a senior leader he was a driving force for WiHi’s 20-14 win over Queen Anne’s in the first round of the MPSSAA Playoffs.
