Indian River mounts furious comeback, Delmar escapes unscathed

DELMAR, Del. – Delmar got that clutch stop they needed in the final minute, defeating Indian River 27-25 Friday night.

Hayden Hall scored multiple touchdowns, while Dylan Grise found Rashod Hopkins for a 50-plus yard score in the final minute. With a 2-point conversation IR could then tie the game, and potentially force overtime.

Grise dropped back to pass, but was almost immediately under duress as a number of Wildcats teamed up to bring him to the ground.
