47 ABC teams up with Wor-Wic, Bank of Delmarva for 15th annual Win Free Tuition Contest

SALISBURY, Md. – This year marks 15 years of the Win Free Tuition Contest, a partnership between WMDT, Wor-Wic Community College, and the Bank of Delmarva.

47 ABC’s Sloane Haines was with John Breda, President & CEO of the Bank of Delmarva, and Dr. Ray Hoy, President of Wor-Wic Community College, to announce this year’s winners.

“It’s hard to believe this partnership has literally spanned 15 years and I can’t think of any better investment in our community as far as gift of education to award to two very fortunate recipients, and the Bank of Delmarva is really pleased to be able to participate in this program for the period of time that we have,” said Breda.

The winners of this contest receive free tuition for a year, a laptop, and books.

Leslie Berry of Princess Anne and Katheri Rimel of Berlin are this year’s contest winners.
