Smyrna remains undefeated after taking down the Riders
SMYRNA, Del.– The Smyrna Eagles defeated Caesar Rodney in a final score of 3 sets to 1 on Thursday night.
Smyrna jumped out in front early taking the first set to make it 1-0. CR would respond right back in the 2nd set as they tie it to make 1-1.
The Eagles would take the 3rd set to make it 2-1 but the Riders would keep it close from start to finish. Smyrna and CR would go down to the final points in the 4th set but the Eagles would win it 25-23 to take the 3-1 victory over the Riders.
