GMD: Wellness & Gratitude
GOOD MORNING DELMARVA – It was seven years ago when PR specialist, Dina Rezvanipour found a passion for wellness, and more importantly the concept of gratitude and how it can change your whole outlook on life. 47 ABC got a chance to sit down one on one with her as she prepares for her company, 3D Connected, a fall wellness retreat, and she explains just how life-changing gratitude can be.
Dani Rezvanipour Interview:
“My desire to know why certain things were happening the way that they were, and as I started to dive into the space of wellness and sort of to get the answers as to why certain things were playing out the way that they were, I realized I was so grateful for all the little things that I have in my life. Gratitude is the key to happiness, the more that you’re in a state of gratitude, and appreciate all your blessings, the more you will start to attract things to be grateful for.
The moment that you open your eyes, before you go onto emails or go look at your Instagram account, take a minute to write down five things that you’re grateful for, that help to set a very positive outlook for the rest of the day. As you’re getting your coffee ready and as you’re getting dressed, put on your favorite dance song and move your body, it helps to release any stress or anxiety that your body is holding onto. You’re just in a moment of like, I’ve got a great little life going on here. The moment that you’re in that mindset, you will see that positive things start happening throughout the day, it’s magnetic.
So what I suggest is going on a social media detox Monday through Friday and having the weekend to be on your socials but taking the week to be present and focused on yourself and connecting with your loved ones and your friends. I suggest meditating or doing breathwork or journaling or even listening to a podcast on a walk, whatever resonates with you that gives you that piece of mind.
You should put alerts on your phone that goes off, two a day, and one should be for gratitude, and one should be for a miracle moment. Take those times for yourself and connect with your inner self and you’ll see a difference in your outlook on life and your day-to-day life will just be happier.”
3D Connected is doing a 21-day gratitude challenge starting Monday, September 12th which is all about setting your mindset to a positive one, and appreciating what you have right in front of you. There will be different social media challenges you can participate in emphasis.
This challenge will prepare them for the wellness retreat happening in November. To find out how you can participate in the challenge, follow @3DPRMarketing on Instagram.
