Decatur holds Mardela scoreless to pick up 4th win on the season

Mardela Springs, Md.– Decatur defeated Mardela in a final score of 4-0 on Wednesday afternoon.

‚ÄčKatelynn King got it going for the Seahawks as she bounced a shot off of the goalies hand for the first goal of the game.

The Seahawks would keep their foot on the gas as Mia Kemp fired one through the back of the net to put Decatur up 2-0 on the Warriors. Later in the 1st half Kemp would line up for a penalty kick and she would put it through with ease to give her Seahawks the 3-0 lead going into halftime.

With less than 10 mins left in the game Morgan Sullivan would rocket one into the back of the net for the 4-0 lead. Decatur improves to 4-1 on the season as they move on to take on Snow Hill next Monday.
