Buckson leads State Senate District 16 in Del. Primary

DELAWARE – The State Senate District 16 race was a close one Tuesday evening.

As of 11:15 p.m., Buckson led the race with just over 51% of the vote. Kim Petters was in second with 27% of the vote, with Colin Bonini in third with 21.75%.

The Associated Press has not yet called this race, however, the New York Times has called the race in favor of Buckson.
