Seaford shooting leaves one in critical condition

SEAFORD, Del. – Seaford Police are investigating a shooting that left one person critically injured Wednesday night.

At around 10:05 p.m., officers responded to Chandler Heights Two for a report of a subject shot. On arrival, officers located the victim in the parking lot suffering from a single gunshot wound to the head.

Through further investigation and evidence collected at the scene, Seaford Police were able to identify the suspect in this incident as 30-year-old Rihem Frisby. A warrant was obtained for Frisby’s arrest.

We’re told the victim remains in critical condition at this time.
