National Aquarium Sea Turtle Release at Assateague State Park

ASSATEAGUE, Md- Thursday morning at Assateague State Park two recently rehabilitated sea turtles were released back into the ocean.
It’s the National Aquarium’s first public release since 2019.  47ABC was there to capture the event as crowds came out to watch the turtles journey back into their natural habitat.
