Emergency Services Respond to Drowning Call

BETHANY BEACH, Del. – Emergency Medical Services responded to a child drowning near a home in Bethany Beach Wednesday night.

That home was located near Edgewater House Road in Bethany Beach around 9:15 p.m.

We’re told when EMTs arrived the child was conscious, but they still had to take the child to the hospital after taking in too much water.
