After The Whistle: Thomas Gormley

SALISBURY, Md. – Meet Thomas Gormley, this just fresh out of the seventh grader loves two different sports.

He’s been playing both baseball and football since he was six years old.

To maintain his double-duty sports load he had to up his time in the gym.

Ever since he changed his workout routine he has seen results.

Now he’s one year away from jumping to the high school level at James M. Bennett High School.
