Candlelight vigil to be held in honor of DFC Hilliard

SALISBURY, Md. – A Candlelight Vigil will be held Monday evening in honor of Deputy First Class Glenn Hilliard.

The event begins at 7 p.m. at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium in Salisbury. Pastor Mike Rittenhouse will lead the event at the entrance of the stadium. Attendees should bring a flashlight/candle or cell phone flashlight.
