Missing Salisbury Man

SALISBURY, Md – The Salisbury Police need the public’s help in finding 51-year-old  Shannon “Sean” Torbert

He has been missing from the 400 block of Hammond Street in Salisbury since One in the afternoon on Saturday, April 9th.

Tobert is considered critically missing due to health conditions.
