“I think I owe it to them to run again:” Delegate Otto hopes to serve District 38A for another time

MARYLAND – Delegate Charles Otto has filed for re-election.

Delegate Otto is fighting to keep his seat for District 38A, which covers Somerset and Worcester Counties. He has been a member of the House of Delegates since 2011.  Del. Otto said he’s proud of what he’s accomplished so far, like being an advocate for the tourism industry, but he said there’s still work to be done and wants to be a part of creating that positive change.

“I hope I brought something to the table and all the people that have supported me over the years,” Del. Otto said. “I think I owe it to them to run again with all the transition where we are going to have a new governor, a new administration.”

Del. Otto also said if re-elected he’ll continue to focus on issues related to the local economy and education.
