Salisbury man sentenced to 25 years for sexually abusing minor

SALISBURY, Md. – A Salisbury man will spend more than two decades behind bars for sexually abusing a minor.

Jeremy Houck was convicted of sexual abuse of a minor in November 2021, and on February 18, 2022, he was sentenced to the maximum sentence of 25 years in prison. He will also be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, and will be subject to lifetime sex offender supervision by the Sexual Offender Management Team.

We’re told the offenses took place between September 1, 2011, and June 1, 2014. The minor victim, who was under the age of 11 at the time of the offenses, came forward in 2019 to report the abuse.
