HigherGround Outreach holds open forum

GEORGETOWN, Del. – HigherGround Outreach held an open forum at the Cheer Community Center on Saturday.

The organization helps those who are homeless. Volunteers Jack Muhs and Terry Monroe helped people learn more about the organization and the work that goes into helping people stay off the streets.
