Cambridge South Dorchester clinches 1A Regional Championship

CAMBRIDGE, Md.– Cambridge South Dorchester and Pocomoke for the 1A Regional crown, with Cambridge SD taking the title 71-63. Dario Belizaire led the Vikings with 28 points.  KeAndre Nixon had 23 points while trying to keep the Warriors in the game.
But he and the Warriors fought an uphill battle on the road.
The Vikings were physical on the inside getting second chance points and buckets at the rim
The Warriors were down by as much as 18 in the second half
Keshawn Robinson had 12 of his 19 in the 4th alone to narrow the lead
But he and Warriors couldn’t close the gap.

Vikings move on to the state quarterfinals to face Francis Scott-Key.
