7 people wanted in connection to large-scale drug trafficking organization
Sussex Co., Del. – Delaware state police are asking for the public’s help in locating the leader and other individuals wanted in connection to a large-scale drug trafficking organization.
In November 2020, police began their investigation called Operation Dawg House and identified George Johnson as the leader.
Police targeted Johnson’s organization due to the increase of heroin overdoses and possession of heroin cases happening in parts of Delaware and Maryland.
Throughout the year-long investigation numerous members of Johnson’s organization were identified and in total 55 individuals were indicted or arrested on street warrants.
Police are now searching for the following individuals; George Johnson, Allen White, Andre Washington, Kevin Ricketts, Semeion Reed, Courtney Cahall, and Brian Bell.
As a result of the investigation, police seized the largest amount of pre-packed heroin in Delaware law enforcement history with a total of 330,605 bags.
In addition, police seized 2,500 logs of heroin, 771.06 grams of marijuana, $65,000 U.S. dollars, and three vehicles.
