Five arrests made in Dover drug investigation

DOVER, Del. – A drug investigation led to multiple arrests Wednesday afternoon in Dover.

Shortly before 1:30 p.m., officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the 100 block of New Street and took five suspects into custody. Police located a .32 caliber revolver that was reported stolen, 5.6 grams of crack cocaine, and 6.1 grams of powdered cocaine during the search.

32-year-old Kyle Dixon was charged with three counts of possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, second degree conspiracy, receiving a stolen firearm, drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession with intent to deliver, possession of crack cocaine, possession of cocaine, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He was held at SCI on a $50,200 cash bond.

24-year-old Nasiar Truitt was held at SCI on a $50,200 cash bond on the same charges as Dixon, as well as criminal impersonation.

68-year-old Margaret Wesley was committed to the Baylor Women’s Correctional Center on a $24,000 cash bond for possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, second degree conspiracy, receiving a stolen firearm, drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession with intent to deliver, possession of crack cocaine, possession of cocaine, and maintaining a drug property.

Patience McCrae-Moseley was held at the Baylor Women’s Correctional Center on a $24,000 cash bond for possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, second degree conspiracy, receiving a stolen firearm, drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession with intent to deliver, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

A 16-year-old male from Dover was also charged with four counts of possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, second degree conspiracy, receiving a stolen firearm, two counts of possession with intent to deliver,  possession of crack cocaine, possession of cocaine, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He was held at a juvenile detention center on a $42,100 cash bond.
