Cape Henlopen claims conference championship over Lake Forest

DOVER, Del.– Cape Henlopen beat Lake Forest in a final score of 45-31 on Saturday.

With 1:18 left in the 3rd, Cape Henlopen held a 34-26 lead over Lake Forest. Cape would hold the Spartans to only 5 points for the whole 4th quarter. Morgan Mahoney led the Vikings in scoring with 15 total points. Mehkia Applewhite finished with 13 total points.
