Tips on making returns

47ABC – January is the month of making returns post-holiday season. Rebecca Gramuglia, consumer expert at TopCashback.com is sharing tips you need to know when making those returns.

Gramuglia says to first check the return policy of the store where you are making the return. She says a lot of stores have extended their return policy through the end of January. Next, make sure you have all the necessary paperwork such as receipts or emails containing order numbers. Gramuglia also says you can reach out to customer service for any additional questions you may have.

If you are returning an item purchased online, Gramuglia says to check the website to see where you can return it.
For example, she says you can return Amazon purchases at Kohls. And could return other online items at that store’s respective brick and mortar location.
