DSU names MSI Aspiring Leader

DELAWARE – Delaware State University’s Doctor Francine Edward was named the MSI Aspiring Leader.

Dr. Edward is among 14 people selected across the country. Each leader will participate in a 2 year program to prepare the next generation of MSI presidents.
