‘3Oh2’ YP group aids young professionals entering workforce

MILFORD, Del. – The Milford Chamber of Commerce is looking to support young adults as they transition into the workforce by revamping their support group.

The ‘3Oh2’ Young Professionals group encourages those 18 to 40 years old to get involved with the local chamber. The group provides networking opportunities to connect with other professionals and volunteer experience. We’re told it’s a resourceful group for young adults who are changing career paths.

“Finding other like-minded individuals like themselves. Maybe meet some people who are older and have been in the industry who could be a mentor to them. This is exactly the program for them,” 3Oh2 Group Leader Joie Fe Morgan said.
