Worcester Preparatory teens giving back to organization this holiday season

WORCESTER COUNTY, Md. – Worcester Preparatory Students gave back big this holiday season to kids in need.

Hunter and Dylan Simons are founders of Only Positive Stories helping those in need. This holiday season they teamed up with Worcester Youth and Family Counseling Services to provide a fun space for kids.

With the help of two of their friends they set up a fundraiser to raise $1,000,  they got a TV, and a gaming set up. The boys say being able to help in this way is heartwarming and they want to continue to make a difference in the future.

“It made me feel good and know that other kids know what we get and they can relax and hang out with their friends, as I do but I don’t have to worry about not having that, so I feel good that I can give to other goods,” Dylan Simons, Worcester Prep Student, said.

“Add the train of people, the more we have the better, giving can be contagious and I think it is contagious,” Hunter Simons, Worcester Prep Student, said.

We are told these students delivered the items this weekend.

Their next project is to help the homeless, and they have another fundraiser up, you can click here to donate and share.
