Three arrested in connection to November home invasion

BRIDGEVILLE, Del. – Three men are behind bars following a November home invasion in Bridgeville.

The incident happened on November 10th, just before 2 a.m., at a residence in the 14000 block of Sussex Highway. It was learned that three male suspects entered the residence and confronted the 34-year-old male victim in his bedroom. The first suspect reportedly pistol-whipped the victim in the head and demanded money, while the second suspect brandished a knife and stabbed the victim in both legs, causing significant injury. The second suspect continued to stab the victim in the legs when he did not comply with his demands. The third suspect remained in the hallway outside of the bedroom during the incident.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for injuries to the head and lower extremities.

The suspects then fled in the victim’s red Ford F350 pickup truck, which was found in the 100 block of Cherry Drive in West Magnolia on Thursday. The investigation led troopers to identify the three suspects as 24-year-old Troy McNally, 22-year-old Jemel Davis, and 23-year-old Jeremiah Brown.

On December 8th, McNally was taken into custody after he was discharged from an area hospital for unrelated injuries. He was held at SCI on a $167,000 cash bond on first degree robbery, first degree home invasion, second degree assault, and several other related charges.

Davis was charged on Wednesday with second degree assault, second degree conspiracy, first degree robbery, first degree home invasion, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He was held at SCI on a $192,000 cash bond.

Brown was also taken into custody on Wednesday at the Sleep Inn, located at 18451 Coastal Highway in Lewes. He was committed to SCI on a $124,000 cash bond on charges of first degree robbery, first degree home invasion, theft of a motor vehicle, and second degree conspiracy.
