Rehoboth house fire under investigation

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – An early morning house fire remains under investigation in Rehoboth Beach.

We’re told the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company responded to a reported structural fire on Dogwood Drive, in the West Bay development. The fire was confined to the area surrounding the fireplace and the roof section over the fireplace.

Mutual aid fire companies also responded to the scene to assist. No injuries were reported.

The Delaware State Fire Marshal is investigating this fire.
