Police investigating Millville bank robbery

MILLVILLE, Del. – Delaware State Police are investigating a Millville bank robbery.

We’re told the incident took place at around 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, at the Artisans Bank at 35696 Atlantic Avenue. Investigation revealed that a male suspect entered the bank, approached a bank teller behind the counter, and pulled out a note demanding money. The bank teller complied, and the suspect fled the bank on foot with an unknown amount of cash, northbound across Atlantic Avenue.

The suspect was described as a male wearing a dark-colored jacket, dark pants, with a mask and beanie hat. No one was injured and there are no surveillance images available at this time.
