Somerset Co. adds early dismissal days to 2021-22 calendar

SOMERSET CO., Md. – The Somerset County Board of Education voted on Tuesday to convert several full days in the 2021-22 academic calendar to early dismissal days.

These dates include November 23rd, December 7th, January 11th, February 15th, March 15th, and May 10th.

We’re told these changes are intended to provide faculty members additional planning time to better serve the students of Somerset County.
