RJ Batts wins $100K deal for Tip Tough, youngest entrepreneur on ‘America’s Big Deal’
SALISBURY, Md. – Local teen, RJ Batts made history Thursday night by becoming the youngest entrepreneur on ‘America’s Big Deal’ to win.
Batts won for his invention, ‘Tip Tough.’ Batts earned the highest dollar sales during the show’s buying window for his product, over $23,000.
We’re told his invention, Tip Tough Stainless Steel Finger Guard for cutting and chopping, won him a $100,000 deal with QVC and HSN. Batts will be working with Joy Mangano, creator and founder of Cleanboss by Joy, and judge from the show.
We’re also told his product sold out by the end of the show.
