“I’m hoping to make a difference:” Snow Hill gets new Eastern District Councilman

SNOW HILL, Md.- Wednesday, 47ABC  spoke with the new Eastern District Councilman in Snow Hill, Rob Hall.

Rob Hall, who grew up in Snow Hill and graduated from the High School, is excited to get things started as a new councilman. He said he is interested in projects that include the river boat, improving the water and sewer system, and adding more things in the community for children.

Hall says a big part of what he wants to do moving forward is to be open ears for the community.

“I’m hoping to make a difference, trying to improve things for the community,” Hall said. “But, I think even if we don’t agree and we listen and find out why the other person is saying what they are saying, it helps us all work together, we don’t have to agree on everything to be able to move forward.”

Hall said he also wants to make better use of the parks in the area and continue working on adding a bike and hiking trail.

Hall is taking over for incumbent Lisa Cullen Harrison who was required to resign for moving out of the city limits.
