Early morning shooting under investigation in Lincoln

LINCOLN, Del. – Delaware State Police are investigating a reported shooting that happened early Monday morning in Lincoln.

We’re told troopers responded to the 10000 block of Cedar Creek Road at around 6 a.m. for a report of a residence shot multiple times. Troopers located five gunshot holes in the front exterior of the home, as well as one projectile on the floor inside, and another lodged inside the living room television. In addition, three shell casings were found in the roadway just north of the residence.

During the incident, there were four adults and two juveniles inside the home. No one was injured.
