Wicomico Co. reporting 7-day COVID positivity rate over 12%

WICOMICO CO., Md. – The Wicomico County Health Department is reporting a 7-day average COVID-19 positivity rate of 12.56% in the county.

For the entire state of Maryland, the current 7-day average positivity rate sits at 4.65%.

We’re told the highest 7-day average for Wicomico County occurred on April 15, 2020, at 43.81%. The second highest was on January 2, 2021, at 15.61%.
