Wicomico Co. Board of Ed. Special Meeting scheduled for September 20

WICOMICO CO., Md. – The September 14th monthly Board of Education meeting is scheduled to reconvene as a special meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday, September 20th, in the Wicomico High School Auditorium.

This reconvened meeting will be held in a large venue to allow the public and staff to attend while observing physical distancing restrictions and other health and safety guidelines. Every attendee age 2 and older will be required to wear a mask for admittance at the door and throughout their time in the school building.

Those who refused to wear a mask will not be allowed to attend the meeting.

Anyone who would like to speak during the Public Comments portion of the meeting will need to fill out a public comment form, which will be available at a table outside the entry door. The form must be turned into the school system staff member at the table before the start of the meeting. Members of the public who have signed up to speak during Public Comments will be allowed to do so in 3-minute time allotments, monitored by staff.
