WORCESTER Co., Md. – Worcester Connects and Court Appointed Special Advocates are getting together to introduce a new program called the Blue Collar Campaign. We’re told the program is meant to empower young children.

That includes children in grades 1st through 12th who are living in poverty, bullied, or living in special circumstances. The program will focus on hands on employment, work life balance, and job security.

The program is looking for mentors in job such as plumbers, mechanics, landscapers, electricians, truck drivers, and other laborers to help launch the campaign.

If you’re looking to be a part of the campaign, or would like more information, just visit their website.
