Delaware State University employee awarded fellowship

DELAWARE – Dr. Rose Ogutu of Delaware State University was awarded a fellowship by the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program.

We’re told the program will further research vegetable grafting and horticulture. Her travel was postponed due to the pandemic, but she is set to return early October.
